Rick Ender joined CSM Companies in 2022 as Vice President, Michigan Kenworth. He assumed the role of Sr. Vice President, Michigan Kenworth & Florida Kenworth leading dealer operations across both states in 2023. Rick assumed the role of Executive Vice President in September of 2024. In this role, Rick leads the oversight and management of all New and Used truck activities, dealer operations, and marketing.
Rick brings over 20 years of experience in the heavy-duty industry. He began his professional career at Eaton Corporation and then joined PACCAR/Kenworth Truck Company in 2016 with increasing roles of responsibilities.
Rick received his Bachelor of Business Administration and Master of Business Administration from Northwood University.
