Darrel Luebke joined CSM Companies in 2021 as the President of CSM Financial. Prior to his role at CSM, he owned and operated DL Consulting which provided financial advisory and business acquisition services.

He spent 24 years at Schneider National with the most pertinent positions held including Senior Vice President and General Manager of its leasing company, Senior Vice President of Finance for Schneider’s Truckload sector, and Vice President of Sales Performance and Operations. Darrel has also worked at Oshkosh Corporation and Arthur Andersen & Co.

Darrel earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Wisconsin – Oshkosh followed by an MBA, Executive Curriculum from the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee. He is also a certified CPA and CMA.
