Bill Kozek has joined CSM Companies as Chief Operating Officer and equity partner. Kozek will be responsible for all day-to-day truck dealership operations.

Prior to CSM, Kozek served as President of Navistar Truck and Parts. Additionally, he spent over 26 years with PACCAR in the positions of Vice President – PACCAR, General Manager of Kenworth, General Manager of Peterbilt and several other key leadership roles. Kozek graduated with a BS in Accountancy from Miami University of Ohio and has an MBA from St. Mary’s College in California. He also attended Stanford’s Executive Program.
