Our CSM Companies Advisory Board oversees the big picture to keep our company and our people moving forward. The board includes Bob Bengston, Scott Arvis, Greg Collins, Tom Zimbrick, Jim Moeller, Bill Kozek, Jon Parker, and Joe Damm. The CSM Companies Advisory Board provides oversight and guidance to establish overall policies, based on CSM’s mission and vision, and they exercise an oversight function, reviewing the actions of corporate officers and executives.
