Joe Damm is Vice President of Human Resources for CSM Companies. Joe started his career with CSM in 2009 and is responsible for the strategic direction of all human resource management functions.

Joe provides management oversight in the key areas of compensation and benefits, staffing, employee relations, human resource information systems and regulatory compliance. Prior to joining CSM Companies, Joe worked in human resource management and served on the leadership committee for a privately held real estate company in southern California. Joe also served in the United States Peace Corp for over two years in Guatemala. He worked as a Small Business Development Consultant in micro-finance and speaks Spanish.

Joe received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management and Human Resources with a specialization in International Business from the University of Wisconsin – Madison. He received his MBA with a specialization in Human Resources from Marquette University.
